To return a product, please follow the complete procedure described below.

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

To return a product, you must ensure that it meets all of the following criteria:

- Purchase made on Genie Outdoors
- The product is unused and intact
- Product received no more than 15 days ago

1. Return Authorization:
Fill out the return form to obtain prior authorization.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

2. Package your parcel (last step for in-person returns):
Using the original packaging, repackage the products you wish to return and seal them.

3. Print & apply the return label:
The return label will be emailed to you after authorization.

4. Ship the parcel containing the items to be returned:
Bring your parcel to the delivery company indicated on the return label.

It is your responsibility to check the condition of the product upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or not the one you ordered, please contact us within 15 days of receipt.

If you find yourself in this situation, we apologize for the inconvenience and will cover all costs associated with returning the product. At this time, you will have the option to have a new product sent to you or to request a full refund.

Please note that beyond 15 days, the warranty procedure will apply. Refer to our Warranty page for more information.

For exchanges, please follow the normal return process for a refund and place a new order.This is much simpler for us; thank you for your understanding.

Your order will be refunded within 7 business days of receipt at the warehouse.

This warranty covers all products sold by Genie Outdoors and applies under the specific conditions outlined below.

The warranty is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase by the customer, as indicated on the original purchase receipt.

The warranty applies under the following conditions:

- The product must be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the instructions provided.
- The product must not have been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
- Any alterations, modifications, or repairs made to the product by unauthorized persons will void the warranty.
- The warranty is only applicable to products purchased directly from the Company or authorized retailers.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty parts, and performance issues arising from normal use of the product, as described in the product specifications.

The warranty does not cover the following:

- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cosmetic damages.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations to the product.
- Any loss or damage to personal property or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.

Customers must follow the outlined claims process to initiate a warranty claim:

- Fill the warranty form to report the issue and request a return.
- Provide proof of purchase and detailed information about the issue, including photographs if applicable.
- Upon approval of the warranty claim, we will provide instructions for returning the product for evaluation.

Upon evaluation of the returned product, we will determine whether to:

1. Repair the product using genuine parts or components.
2. Replace the product with an identical or comparable model, subject to availability.
3. Provide a refund for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping or handling charges.

The Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product as described in this policy. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

This warranty is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, Canada.
